We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2020, at the age of 72, Pamela Philomena Ortel (Lake Havasu City, Arizona), born in Fairfield, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Cynthia; her parents, Joseph Ciaramitaro and Betty Ciaramitaro; and her brother Michael Ciaramitaro. She is survived by: her sister Michelle Van Kleeck; her son Jeffery; her grandchildren, John Dingess (Diane Dingess), Blanca LeCompte (Chris LeCompte), Cynthia Cross, Ronald Cross, Shelby Horne, Joseph Cross (Tristan Cross), Nicholas Cross and Michael Cross (Brooke Cross); and her sister Michelle Ciaramitaro. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Havasu.
