He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kukuk and Betty Kukuk. He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Adam Kukuk, Matthew Kukuk, Nickolas Kukuk and Kayla Riesdorph; his grandchildren, Deegan, Colin, Kenzie, Abigail Rae and Ian; and his siblings, Terry, Jerry, Shari and Stacy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
