It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Hazen of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, born in Farmington, New Mexico, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hazen and Gladys Hazen; his brother George Hazen; and his son Sam Hazen. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, John and Michelle; and his sister Cathy Tischner. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in John's behalf to Hospice of Havasu.
