He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Wentz and Shirley Wentz. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy (Ron) of Gary, MN, Randy of Gary, MN, Pat of Camas, WA, Vicki (Jim) of St. Joseph, MN, Donna (Jim) of Lisbon, ND, Brian (Laura) of Cheney, WA and Scott (Laureen) of Homer, AK.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and friends.
Any remembrances or donations should be given to Hospice of Havasu or the VFW of Lake Havasu City, AZ in his name.
