He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Herbstritt and Mary Herbstritt; and his grandsons, Derrick Burley and Jonathan Burley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Burley; his stepsons, Richard Burley (Jackie), Dennis Burley (Louise) and Christopher Herbstritt; his siblings, Bette Hicks and David; and also Lester Burley. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
