He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Dennis; and his brother Robert J. Dennis. He is survived by: his mother Janet Dennis; his wife Cheryl Dennis; his children, Joshua Dennis and Ashley Shaver (Eddy); his brother Michael Dennis (Gladys); his parents-in-law, Forrest and Elaine Maki; his brother Alan; his sister-in-law Pam Maki; and his nephews, Anthony Dennis, Alex Maki and Erik Maki.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Calvary Baptist Benevolence Fund.
