He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Muggs" Palmer; his children, Steven Clark and Stephanie Clark; his grandchildren, Niles, Erin VanBuren, Eva Jane, Tim Chartier, J. Preston, Chandler VanBuren, S. Janae Van Buren, Lauren, Marc Miller, Lindsay, Ryan Thomas, Bryan Bosgal and Deanna Clark; his stepchildren, Brett, Kristen, Brock and Allison Palmer; and his brother Tom Flatley.
