He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jeff Andrews (Ken) and Brandi Holder (Craig); his granddaughter Alexis Zittrauer; and his sisters, Sharon Bigelow and Cindy Farris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
