He was predeceased by: his father Samuel; his stepmother Nina; and his siblings, Kathleen and Wayne. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Travis; his mother Marylou Mathews; and his siblings, Daniel, Lynne (Christopher), Laurie Thomas (David), Teresa and Paul. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to any local Lake Havasu City charity in his honor.
