He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Ketter Sr. and Harold Ketter; and his sister Joyce Bien. He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Ketter (Schramm); his children, Kim Sparrow (Sean) and Christopher Ketter (Anna); his grandchildren, Quinn Sparrow, Shae Sparrow and Jack Sparrow; and his nieces and nephews, Sheila Goehrke (Greg), Sheri Peroni (Joe), Brian Fenlon (Stacey) and Donald Fenlon.
