He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel France and Orval France; and his stepson Shawn Sargent. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughter Ashleigh Richards (Greg) of Anthem; his sister Diane Bourne; his brother-in-law Jack Seyfert of Lake Havasu; his siblings, Kim Adams of Clayton, Michele Grier (Ken) of Bellbrook and Robbie Davis (Tracy) of Smith Valley; his stepson Scott Sargent (Beverly) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Avolyn, Lane and Reagann Richards of Anthem; and his pets, Cooper and Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was also previously involved with the Havasu Foundation for Higher Education and worked on the board for bringing the new 4 year university to Lake Havasu.
