He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kauffman and Inez Kauffman; his siblings, Vivian and Gene; and his daughter Sherry Edmunds.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jane" Webb; his sister Jeanette Redman; his children, Richard Kauffman, Kathy Knight and Dee Hays; and his friend Glenn. He is also survived by the 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
