He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pletting and Esther Pletting; his grandson John, Jr.; his brother Bill; and his niece Leah Pletting.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Tumbleson; his sons, John Pletting Sr. and Donny Pletting; his daughter-in-law Heather; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Tiffany, Kaylee and Katelyn.
