He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skidmore and Iva Skidmore; and his siblings, Richard Skidmore, James Skidmore, Oleta Cone and Euletta Dill.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Skidmore; and his sons, Jerry Skidmore and Randy Skidmore (Kelly).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carl's honor to Lamb of God Lutheran Church of Lake Havasu City.
