He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Posey and Golda Posey. He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his daughters, Cheryl Vigil (Marty) and Jeannette Clayton; his granddaughter Jennifer Page; and his siblings, Calvin Posey, Eddie Posey, George Posey, Mickey Posey, Wayne Posey, Barbara Weglin, Dorothy Pettington and Linda Cox. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
