He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique and Erminia (Diaz); his son Paul David Ontiveros; and his brother Hank Ontiveros. He is survived by: his grandson Paul; his wife Linda; his children, Eric Ontiveros (Holly) and Denise Leonard; his sister-in-law Shirley Sacheli; his brother David Ontiveros (Tecla); and his aunt Connie Cochran. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
