He is survived by: his wife Jill Stevens; his uncle Joe; his aunt Marge Decker; his siblings, Stuart Stevens and Joan Stevens; his stepbrother David Janecek; his stepdaughter Ariel Wiser; and also, William Stevens, Stacey Sordahl, Jeremy Kienetz, Catrina Williams, Kaila Walkowiak and Alicia Stevens.
