He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wes, Donna Semm and Joline Bazinet; and his uncle Michael Bazinet. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Semm and Linda Semm; his sister Jenna Alvarado; and his sister-in-law Jaime Alvarado. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, cousins, and numerous friends.
