He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Crook and Helen Louise (Hay); and his brother Joseph Robert Crook. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crook (Bishop); his former wife Barbara Sandeen (Crook); his sons, Bill (Jill Crook), Ron (Laura Crook) and Robert Crook; his siblings, David, Rick Crook and Barbara Stanley (Crook); and his grandchildren, Amy Franklin (Crook), Alex, Arron and Madison Crook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
