He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cunningham and Elizabeth Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cunningham; and his children, Mikki Sampson (John), Wendy Cunningham, Jean Dahl (Gary), David Cunningham (Cindy) of Kingman and Thomas Cunningham of Goodson, Missouri.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
