She is survived by: her grandmother Otis Iola Eaton; her spouse Lyle Wells; her children, Harold (Rose Ann), Cathy, Charlotte and Duane (Gina); and her sisters, Frances Blake and Mary Lois Johnson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
