She was predeceased by: her mother Alva Evans; and her grandfather Scoots Evans. She is survived by: her father Richard Church of Show Low; her children, Shalee, Tyrell Copeland of Flagstaff and Guage Neal of Dudleyville; her stepmother Patti Church; her siblings, Richie Church of Sedona, AZ, Rusty Church of Show Low, AZ, Troy Tovar and Monica Issac; and her grandmother Nina Neal of Dudleyville. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
