He is survived by: his parents, Roland Green and Charlene Green (White) of Coolidge; his children, Ethan Dewitt Green of Flagstaff, Emma Jo Green, Rory Marie Green and Bailey Marie Green of Winslow; his grandmother Elsie White of Coolidge; and his siblings, Kevin Green (Tammy) of Tucson, Jeremy Green (Kerry) of Hawaii, Kelly Ruland (Kevin) of Safford, Jennifer Larson (Bruce) of Chandler and Holly Pinedo (Mario) of Coolidge. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
