He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Banks and Amanda Banks (Green). He is survived by: his daughters, Zenda L. Banks, Tara L. Banks and Tamara C. Molano; and his sisters, Marguaree Wyrick, Doris Godley and Claudell Banks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
