She is survived by: her parents, Tatsugoro Takeda and Take Shindo Takeda; her spouse Wilfred Evans; her daughter Edith Clark (Duane) of Newton; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Herpich of Newton and Christopher Clark (Ruth) of Goddard; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Herpich, Addison Clark and Carolyne Clark.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to Asbury Park or Good Shepherd Hospice.
