He was predeceased by: his parents, John H Allen and Lula Allen (Russell); his siblings, John E, James, Josephine, Walter, Lucille, Bernice and Cornelius; his wife Hildegard Allen; his son William Allen (Willie); and his grandsons, Cornelius "Cornell" Forbes-Haynes, Jarmelle Forbes-Haynes and Nathaniel Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Marjorie Haynes (James), Loretta Yorke (Ty) and Ronald Allen (Angela). He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
