He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perotti and Betty Perotti. He is survived by: his wife Jean Smelt; and his children, Aaron Smelt (Deloris) of Phoenix and Shannon Aarmett of Tucson. He is also survived by four beautiful grandchildren.
