He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Beltran (Rodriguez). He is survived by: his wife Celia Beltran of Holbrook, Arizona; his father Pedro Beltran; his stepmother Norma Beltran; his sons, Louie Beltran of Coolidge, Raymond Beltran of Florence and Peter David Beltran, Jr. of Holbrook, Arizona; his sisters, Barbara Bird (Dan), Monica Lamparter (Keith), Connie Rodriguez (Henry) and Alice Wooley; and his grandchildren, Justin Beltran, Taryn Beltran, Mikah Beltran, Tatum Beltran, Peighton Beltran, Brooklyn Gotham (Conner), Alexys Beltran and Peter David Beltran, III.

“I am so sorry for all of our loss. My cousin played a big role in my life. Especially in my younger days. I wanted to be just like him. He was the person I truly admired. I have many great memories of the times we were lucky to spend together. His big hugs always made you feel the love he had for you. His loud laughter at gatherings made you feel happy.
