He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Locy Rogers Jr. and Rebecca Smith Rogers; his significant other Velda Brown; and his children, Kathi Sue LeBaron (Bill), Rebecca K Hampton (Mark) and Doyle A. Rogers (Monique). He was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren.
