He is survived by: his children, Mike (Helen), Jim (Tamra), Paula Farr (David), Konnie Kolnsberg (Billy), Molli Haught (Tom), Buffi Flake (Laren) and Karalyn Reidhead. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
