We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022, at the age of 83, Dean Ivan Oakes of Hereford, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin R. Oakes and Ruth Shoemaker; and his brothers, Charles and Dale. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Amy Bertoldo (Fred), Charlie Oakes (Sherry), Cindy Stanley (John), David Kittrell (Regina), Don Oakes (Judy) and Sherry Petershiem (Greg); and his grandchildren, Allyson, Brandon, Bryson, Chase, Drew, Elisabeth, Jackson, Josh, Katie and Paige.
