It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simon Rodriguez Peru of Greer, Arizona, born in Duncan, Arizona, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Peru and Basilia Peru. He is survived by: his wife Velia Peru; his children, Ramey Peru (Dana), Reynaldo Peru, Ronald Peru (Linda) and Rebecca Hayes (Robert); and his brothers, Larry Peru (Emma), Julio Peru, Ruben Peru (Octavia) and Daniel Peru (Belle). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at a later date when Covid-19 restrictions are eased, and the threat of the virus is reduced.
