It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L Cueva in Green Valley, Arizona, born in Nogales, Arizona, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Mario Octavio Monroy, Marco Antonio Monroy, Roberto J. Monroy, Luis Monroy, Juan E. Cueva, Hugo F. Cueva, Sylvia E. Monroy and Rosella Camarena; her children-in-law, Maria Del Carmen, Alma Rosa, Lupita, Olga, Anabel, Adilene, Jose Luis and Samuel; and her sister Martha Lopez Saracho. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
