It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robin B. Richter of Green Valley, Arizona, born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Matthew (Ashley) and R. J. (Samon); his grandchildren, Cole, Elizabeth and Samuel; his siblings, Scott Richter (Susan), Roberta McMullan (Barry) and Rebecca Gardner (Win); his sisters-in-law, Karen McCallum (Brad) and Cyndy Ross (Dave); and his parents, Robert Richter and Bernice Richter. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
