With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Ann Conley of Green Valley, Arizona, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Phyllis Ann left this world on February 14, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lykins and Tennie Mae Lykins; her brothers, Randolph and Eugene Lykins; and her former husband Harold Conley.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Logan of Green Valley, Arizona; her daughters, Lee Ann Crawley (Bruce) of Bowling Green, Pamela Mains (Lou) of Ironton and Valerie Gustin of Arlington, Texas.; her granddaughters, Abigail Schindler (George) of Covington and Rebekah Crawley of Lexington; and her siblings, Juanita, Patricia Short of Ironton and Ronald Lykins (Sherry) of Gallipolis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Green Valley Baptist Church (300 W Esperanza Blvd, Green Valley, AZ 85614). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gateway Baptist Church (310 S 6th St, Ironton, OH 45638).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lawrence County Animal Shelter in honor of Phyllis Conley.
