He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Beverly Rautenberg-Panko (Gary), Michael (Laura) and James Rautenberg (Rachel); his brother Steven (Susan); his niece Amanda (Charlie); his sister Debbie Jesselson; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Emily, Azely, Caliyah, Ronin and Huxlie; his stepchildren, Susan Dowe (Fritz), Karen Navis (Dan) and Bernie Krueger; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan Anderson (Josh), Kyle Bohachek, Madison Bohachek and Rebecca Dowe; his stepgreat-grandson Noah Anderson; and his mother Edith Rautenberg.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Friends In Deed, an organization where he volunteered and also received much support during his three-year battle with cancer.
