He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter Mirocko and Margaret Gertrude Mirocko (Smith); and his daughter Jayne Carol Mirocko. He is survived by: his former wife Carol Levandoski; his daughters, Julie Neff (Curt) of South English, IA and Jody Lynn Storm of Green Valley, AZ; and his sister Lorraine Sutton of Lake Villa, IL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
