She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Salvatore Fazio and Mary Fazio (Coletti); her husband James Maio; her children, Debbie Cabot (Chip) of New Mexico, James Maio Jr. of Arizona, Lyn Fioravanti (Brian) of Massachusetts and David Maio of Arizona; her grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlin, Cara and Steven; and her siblings, Marie Cowan, Zita DeJohn and John Fazio. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Charlotte and James supported many missions and donations can be made in her name to one of their favorites, St. Jude.
