He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Carder (Custer) of Bastrop, TX.; his mother-in-law Janet (Arnold); his grandmother Eleanore Carder Moore (Waters); his brother Jeffery Paul Carder (Laura) of Bastrop, TX; his aunts, Carol Ann Rogers and Catherine Burke (Walter); his uncle Charles Moore (Nancy); his cousin Joseph Burke (Michelle); his nieces, Sarah Carder-Gutierrez (Ty) and Grace Carder; and his parents-in-law, John "Jack" and Vivien Weatherford Arnold. He is also survived by his wife, children, and mother.
