He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stephenson and Patricia Stephenson; and his daughter Brooke. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy (Joel) of Goodyear, AZ, Britney (Brian) of Loma, CO and Brianne (Tim) of Spring, TX; his stepmother Judy; and his sisters, Debbie, Kelly, Karen and Kori. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
