She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Robert Leal; her grandmother Olson; her aunts and uncles, Paul Olson, Charles, Finnley, Dave, Lucy and Mickey; and her cousin Jean.
She is survived by: her parents, Charles Phelps and Beatrice Phelps; her husband Gary Leal; her children, Courtney Leal-Smush, Robert Leal and Jacob Leal; her siblings, Tamara Phelps Mosher, Annette Phelps-Loree (Marc) and Charles Phelps, Jr. (Patti); and her grandchildren, Megan Smush, Liam Smush, Alese Leal and Colt Leal.
