He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Jack Carter and Elizabeth Jean Lee Perkins; his siblings, Bruno D. Komakech and Judy Gertrude Perkins; his nephew Daniel Edward Komakech; his father-in-law Vincent Roberts; and his brother-in-law D'Artanion Luke Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Denee Perkins of Goodyear, AZ; his daughters, Jeecole Charise Perkins of Goodyear, AZ, Jiesha Celese Altidor (Ronald) of Canton, MI and Jeri Cashe Perkins of Phoenix, AZ; his grandson Ronald Altidor Jr. of Canton, MI; his siblings, Jack Carter Perkins of Avondale, AZ, Jeffery M. Perkins of Indianapolis, IN, Pamela Jean Perkins of Indianapolis, IN and Joyce Douglas (Glenn) of Severn, MD; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Dunn-Ward of Indianapolis, IN; his goddaughter Jasara Maxine Perkins (Marcus) of Jackson, TN; his nephew Kristopher Dunn Komakech of Indianapolis; and his mother-in-law Norma Jean Roberts of Goodyear, AZ. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
