He is survived by: his parents, Paul Johnson and Judy Johnson of Goodyear, Arizona.; his brother Michael (Lisa); his niece Kaia; and his nephew Bradley of Topsfield. He is also survived by his aunt, uncle, and many cousins along with friends.
