He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Bell and Katherine Salzman; his wife Sonja Bell; his children, Teresa Willis of Portland, David Bell of Goodyear, Trish Lee of Milwaukie, Heather O'Connor of Oregon City, Jaymie Van Orden of West Linn and Brian Hicks of Milwaukie, Oregon.; and his siblings, Roger Bell and Sharon. He was also cherished by his 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Bell was an aid golfer most of his career, organized countless tournaments, charity events, and participated in several golf leagues in Goodyear as well as marshalling part time at Pebble Creek Golf Resort.
