She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Lawson and Robbie Lawson; her husband James E. Mullins; her sisters, Willie Bell Caldwell and Annie Lawson Tinsley; her brothers-in-law, Jessi Jean Tinsley and Leon Johnson; her brother Otis Lawson Jr.; her sister-in-law Rozella Lawson; her brother Alfred Lee Lawson; her siblings-in-law, Sarah Williams Lawson, Lawrence Mullins and Catherine Mullins; her stepdaughter Patricia Carrington; and her cousin Christine Layne.
She is survived by: her children, Shanae Wilson, Stacie Meguro, Shannon Mullins, Eric Mullins and Carl Mullins; and her siblings, Betty Jean Lawson, Norma Lawson Wilson, Joyce Lawson and Bobby J. Lawson. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
