He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Sparks and Ernest Sparks; and his son Thomas Sparks. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Johnson; his stepdaughter Bobbi Farley; his children-in-law, Curt Farley and Deanna Sparks; his grandchildren, Danny Johnson, Rykeil Johnson, Donny Sparks, Shawn Sparks, Heather Sparks, Carrie Ornealas, Daniel Ornealas, Robyn Farley and Austin Farley; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Ornealas, Alex Ornealas, Gabby Ornealas and Hayden.
