He is survived by: his former wife Evelyn Spoor; his wife Orrine; his son Jeff Burns (Toni) of Wabasha, Minn.; his brother Mark Wernstrom (Mary) of Rochester; his nephew Kyle Wernstrom of Rochester, Minn.; his grandson Max Burns (Carissa) of Waconia; his great grandchildren, Harper and Scarlett Burns of Waconia Minn; his cousin Georgeanne Mellen of New Mexico; and his stepchildren, Sonja Sandquist (Gordy), Steven Parks (Lynn) and Eric Parks.
