He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kranig and Ida Kranig (Muench); his former wife Joyce Peters; his daughter Donna; and his siblings, William Kranig (Irene), Loretta Onesti (Scivio), Rosella Snyder (Lester), Betty Bushley (Bill) and Bernice Witkowski (Steve).
He is survived by: his children, Glen, Dean Kranig and Linda Krokstrom (Todd); and his wife Elizabeth Tautges (Liz). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
