He was predeceased by: his father John Sukosky; his sister Sherice Sukosky; his grandparents, Ida, Michael Sukosky, Garnett and Margery Sipes; and his father-in-law Laido Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Sukosky; his wife Isabel Sukosky; his sons, Jonathan Sukosky and Jacob Sukosky (Giselle Peru); his grandson Jacob Sukosky Jr.; his siblings, Wyatt Sukosky, Jason Sukosky, Lynn Heimer (Keith) and LeAnn Sukosky; his mother-in-law Maria Rodriguez; and his brother-in-law Laido Rodriguez. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews, one great niece.
