He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his son Larry (Kathleen); his granddaughters, Kelly Angel and Kaycee Angel-Archer (Eric); and his great grandchildren, McKinley Ann, Lincoln Marie and Pierce Stella.

In memory of SJ, donations may be made to the Phoenix Children's Hospital in the name of the Angel-Archer family.
